Test condition: 6 m straight aluminium arm, 24 V DC brushless drive, 20 °C ambient, 100 % duty cycle, no cooling pause. Result: 1.5 s opening and 1.8 s closing sustained for 3,000 consecutive cycles. Test condition: IP54/65/66 housings exposed to a 12.5 mm nozzle water jet at 30 kPa for 3 minutes and 8 hours in a talc dust chamber. Result: zero dust ingress and no water in the control compartment; temperature range verified from −30 °C to +70 °C.
