Are Baroxon products CE marked and UK compliant?
Export models are CE marked and supplied with a declaration of conformity and test documentation. For projects that specify UKCA marking or particular British Standards, tell us the requirement at the quotation stage and we will confirm the correct marking and documentation for your installation before the order is placed.
What is the typical lead time for delivery to the UK?
Standard boom barrier gates and turnstiles are normally ready for shipment within 7 to 15 working days of order confirmation, depending on model, boom length, colour and controller options. Sea freight to the UK typically adds 30 to 45 days, and air freight can be arranged for urgent projects. Exact dates are confirmed in the order acknowledgement.
Can Baroxon equipment integrate with our existing ANPR or access control system?
Yes. Baroxon control boards provide Wiegand, RS485, dry-contact relay, loop-detector and TCP/IP interfaces plus an open API, so barrier gates and turnstiles can be driven by most third-party ANPR, ticketing, membership and building management platforms. Do you provide installation drawings and commissioning support?
Every project pack includes foundation and installation drawings, wiring diagrams, a commissioning checklist and a test report. Our engineers support installers remotely and can attend site for larger projects; please raise this at the quotation stage so it can be included in the project plan.
What power supply and site conditions do Baroxon systems need?
Barrier gates are available in 110–240 V AC 50/60 Hz and 24 V DC variants, with solar and battery-backup options for sites without mains power. IP-rated housings and surface treatments are selected for UK weather; tell us your coastal, coastal-industrial or inland location and we will specify the correct corrosion protection.
